I have read about The Power of Affirmations. It talks about how affirmations can transform one’s life. Affirmations can either be negative or positive. Negative affirmations are negative statements about yourself which shower your everyday conversation. They are self-deprecating remarks that influence your behavior or beliefs. Positive affirmations are corrective, positive self-scripts you give to yourself to oppose your negative self-scripts.
People often repeat in their minds negative sentences and statements concerning the events and situation that happened in their lives. This can either help them build or destroy. It is up to them to use it to have a good or a bad result.
We are not aware of this but we actually use them. Before, I usually think I can’t do a thing because it might bring terrible results. I was always that pessimistic guy. But now, I have learned to relax and be positive. It doesn’t always work, but it can be helpful. Just think positive and let the good chi come to you.
