I can do this! The most common affirmation we use when we encounter fear or the feeling that we can’t do anything. We are not aware but we often say it in our minds repeatedly. It is a strategy in fighting our fears, weaknesses and even laziness. I have a few positive affirmations to share that I find very effective.
- I am successful in whatever I do.
- I am talented.
- I am a good person.
- I can succeed.
- I can control my temper.
- I feel good things about me today.
- I will smoke less each day.
